INGREDIENTS

Epsom Salt; Himalayan Pink Salt; Uva Ursi; Chamomile Flowers; Plantain; Sage; Calendula; Lavender; Rosemary; Yarrow

+ Epsom salt || In water, it breaks down into magnesium and sulfate which can help relax muscles and joints.

+ Himalayan pink salt || Adding himalayan salt to a bath creates a rejuvenating, detoxing, and relaxing at-home spa. A salt bath helps draw out toxins, deep cleanses the skin, and helps cleanse the body energetically.

+ Uva ursi || Contains tannins that have astringent effects, helping to shrink and tighten mucous membranes in the body. In turn, that helps reduce inflammation and fight infection.

+ Chamomile flowers || Chamomile tea helps fade spots, eliminate acne scars and fight breakouts, if used topically, due to its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Chamomile tea is a powerhouse of antioxidants and protects the skin from free-radical damage.+ Plantain ||

+ Sage || High in antioxidants to aid in inflammation.

+ Calendula || Calendula has antifungal,anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties.

+ Lavender herb ||  Helps reduce redness, blotchy patches, and acne scarring. Lavender oil's anti-inflammatory properties make it great for soothing and healing skin that's irritated or reddened from the sun, insect bites, or bacteria.

+ Rosemary || High in antioxidants to aid in inflammation.

+ Yarrow || Stimulates digestion and eases the stomach as well as helps in blood circulation.
